Returns and Refunds

Because our products are consumable pet food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packages or products that have been used.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bulkdogtreats.com.

• Photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

We will review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Unopened Products

Requests to return unopened products will be reviewed individually. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
